This is a special auction for all my Listia friends and fans I have two sets of smaller cuttings of this unique and wonderful wondering Jew that I am posting at a low GIN. First GIN gets choice of cuttings they want TOP or BOTTOM. After the first one is CHA-GINNED I will put up the second one immediately after and the that winner will receive the one not chosen. Each set includes 8 cuttings perfect to start one large container or lots of little ones to share with friends and family. Each stem can also be cut into several pieces. 2 nodes (stem segment) is usually what you need to start a plant.
Tradescantia cerinthoides ‘Greenlee’ (Thick-leaved Wandering Jew) - A compact slowly spreading evergreen perennial to 10 inches tall by about 2 feet wide with succulent herbaceous purple stems bearing clasping elliptic leaves that are narrowed at the base and tip, that are olive green suffused with purple on the upper surface and bright purple below with long sliver hairs along the leaf margins and stems.
