There are 12 gems in the kit im assumeing you can add as many of them as you would like I would assume how many did u want to add? I could check it out if I could !

I didn't realize you put the gems in yourself. I misunderstood. I would only need two in the mom necklace. I was thinking of putting the 4 grandkids gems in also but there is doubles of birth months so that wouldn't work.
