Presidential seal belt buckle . this buckle is layered in real silver and the seal is layered in real gold with a very tiny real diamond in the center (the diamond is the size of a pens tip which is in the center of the silver circle in the center of the buckle) . it measures 2 1/4" long x 1 3/4" wide. there are two small marks on the back of this buckle but it is new it was never worn .
