its still free shipping i think so if u dont want d.c thats cool just let me know at the end of auction. those that flag it because it has a cost for d.c i dont think its right since i am paying for the shipng postage itself and winner has a choice of paying d.c or not

i go to the post office and pay the postage and fees there, my print doesnot want to seem to print labels or stuff like that on it

and pay pal charges me a fee of .25 cents if bidder that wins uses a debit or credit card to cover the dollar if bidder wants d.c if i didnt ask for it i would only get 75 cents and that doesnt even cover the d.c i still pay full amount of shipping the package out though
