This is up to you if you want to take it off or let some one win it, but make sure they do understand it does not work....If you need help, I am always on and willing to help if I can,
We where all new and been in a bad spot when starting out.

To cancel this auction you will have to file a support ticket with support , go to the bottom of the screen in the gray it will show Support, when you get to the page scroll to the bottom Submit a support ticket, you will have to copy the URL from the top at the auction in the search bar, put this in the Auction Link ,

Have you checked to see if this item takes batteries ?
This could be the problem. On the website it does state it takes 4 x AA Batteries....
