Window envelopes are perfect to use as goody bags for halloween. I may have to save a few to studf with reeses peices for the kids! Turn on its side so the window is taller than it is wide, cut about an inch above the window so it is centered on the envelope, decorate and embellish, fill and staple shut. I did thid the expensive way years ago and this is much easier and SO much better for the environment!
