So true. And shipping for a package even first class is at average $2.50. Some people don't understand that. I don't mind taking a loss occasionally, but not all the time. So 8000 doesn't even completely cover shipping. I wish Listia would have left credits at 1,000=$1. But they keep changing it.

I am sorry but i started this at 8,000 because that barely will cover the shipping. If it sells for just 8000 i will def. be taking a loss. Sometimes i have to take a loss but i would prefer not to.

Totally agree, I'm almost at the point of doing straight gin on everything because I have always offered free shipping in the 2nd 1/2 years I've been here. But this is the first time I'm loosing money. And it's close to the holidays when I use listia the most. And po raised their prices to top it all off.

I have been dancing around the idea of doing straight gins myself and might end up doing that. I have a ton of stuff to list but have been afraid to put any larger sized items up because i want to keep shipping costs for myself low. I really don't want to end up paying for people to take my stuff. I also find myself spending a good amount on packing materials. Thanks for the heads up on the credits. It has gone up again since I have listed my auctions.
