------------------------------------------------
I bought this from China 2 years ago, thinking my son could use it to play games. He couldn't get the hang of the touch screen because it requires a stylus and doesn't flow easy like the ipod touch. Plus, it's not exactly the fastest toy we own. So... it has been gathering dust (not literally - it's been in it's case,) and I feel the need to finally pass it on to another home.

Here's what I know about it:

7" TFT DIsplay
256 MB Memory
2GB Storage (expandable to 32 GB via micro SD slot)
800MHz Processor
WIFI
Built-in speaker and microphone
Via 8505 chipset
Micro-USB slot
Headphones slot
1.2 MP Webcam
Android OS 1.7.4 (which didn't use to run Android market, but it recently started working and we were able to install some kid games and NFL News.)

What I'm giving with it:

Original box (says iRobot)
Pink velvet protection sleeve
Stylus
AC Adapter

Some of the apps I have loaded on a Micrso SD card (NOT included,) so it may show some errors upon startup when you first get it, because it will be trying to load them. I don't know how to uninstall stuff.

I was also told by the China manufacturer that it can't be upgraded to a newer OS.

*No instructions or specs included.

* It may be DOA only because the battery needs to be charged... please do not post negative feedback when it arrives - please charge it first. :-)

Sold AS IS. One minor crayon mark and a few very slight surface scratches but nothing that impedes use.

Happy Bidding!

I'm not sure it'll be powerful enough for school... it's a bit slow but it has sped up a bit since apps installed on micro sd card instead of internal memory. it's good for music, and small apps...and I think you can install an e-reader to it. Jyst be forewarned - it might not meet your school needs. and Android 1.7.4 is sort of ancient now.dort of
