NOTICE: When I got this as a gift the top coat was busted. I was going to take it back but never got around to it. Its still about half full but for whatever reason it has turned dark. I wouldn't use it! But its never been opened so it is shipping like it is. Requires 4 AA batteries not included. The bottom cardboard base will be taken off before shipping.

No, it actually like bubbled up around the lid of it. I will try and get a closer pic for ya so you can see it ok
