FREE: Genuine carved Onyx turtle

The listing, Genuine carved Onyx turtle has ended.

This was the last thing my great-grandmother gave me before she died of a massive stroke. The piece is one large piece of cream-colored Onyx and is carved...by hand...in the shape of a turtle. There are intricate carvings inside the shell bowl and I really can't make them out very well. Now for the funny part...if you notice, the turtle is an ashtray. My Mamaw never smoked a day in her life! She just thought it was cute and bought it! As many memories as this holds for me, I hope it brings you many more years of enjoyment and smiles.
