I'm on my second copy of the Merrigold Press edition of this book. I've demolished both to use as art for my son's bedroom. He loves asking about all the wild animals in the pictures. Tenggren put together an authentic Serengeti bestiary for this book, plus some bonus Saharan creatures. They are all finely rendered and beautiful to look at. I'll probably seek out a third and fourth copy before I'm done using this book with my kid
