The listing, HP laptop with bag included has ended.

As of right now, I can't get it to come on. Not sure why because there was nothing wrong with it before I just had it unplugged from the charger for a couple of weeks. I suspect it may be the charger because I tested it with a voltmeter and it doesn't appear to be working. So I'm going to my friend's who also has an HP and I'll use his charger - if it charges I will take pics of it on to show that it is working. The specs from the bottom sticker are limited but here's what it says HP Pavilion DV3 - it is set up for a wireless internet connect and also has a webcam - it came with a remote (which I think I still have and will include if I find it) but I never used it. Oh and it has Windows Vista on it. If the winner wants the dead charger they can have it, maybe someone will be able to fix it - it's only a year old and has a couple of different adapters that go with it. I have the booklets that came with it too. I will ship this in a medium flat rate box, in the laptop bag I was given to go with it, with tons of extra padding. I got a new laptop for an early Christmas present from my grandma, that's why I'm getting rid of this - the charger for the new one won't work to charge this HP because the tips is different. Anyway, I don't need 2 laptops AND a desktop. The screen is in good condition... any questions let me know - I tried to include everything will be trying to charge her up tomorrow evening and will update then.

Why would someone with that much selling experience ask you to do a GIN??? I feel so sorry for you. If people would just read the descriptions that we take the time to type out then you wouldn't have half of the questions that you have now... GEEZZZ... I was wondering that myself - it's understandable the new/newer people... I think people skim that stuff, but I read it all - it's easier to read the description than try to hunt down my comment, but maybe that's just me - lol. I have a lot of hp pc and accessories. The power cords go bad often. Normally it's in the modular (the box on the cord). If the pc is still under warranty, they'll replace it. Their electronics aren't always top of the line, but their customer service has proven to be great in my opinion. If it is out of warranty, there is always amazon, ebay, etc like our friend noted above. BTW, i've looked, but didn't notice what size the screen,what version of windows is it (xp, vista, 7) and what size hard drive?

it's not even the original charger - I lost the original and had to replace it with 1 from Radio Shack - bought a year warranty for it, which conveniently expired in Oct. I didn't put the screen size (it measures 14.5 diagonally, 13 across) but all the other information you're looking for is listed in the update for specifications, or original description.

beautiful machine. the core 2 duo 64 bit chips are more than adequate for using online. worth some money to the right person tooo. great to see stuff like this on here.

I will clean it before I ship - checked the pics and you can tell that those are smudges from finger prints - I don't know where KimmyKim got that the screen is scratched, but it's not and I'm a trusted seller so if you don't feel confident then please don't bid

My finger's are crossed my old laptop's wrecked with a bad battery and tons of viruses and I bought it around the same time this came out it might be the same charger.

electrician help: take an ohms reading across to see how much resistance you are getting. maby you blew the transformer. if u get 0.00 ohms then take out the battery and try turning the laptop on. hope that helps. wish I could bid but I only have 438 credits. so good luck people.

I used a voltmeter to test the charger and the needle didn't move, the electrical outlet is fine because I tested the charger for my new laptop and it registers as a 16 on the voltmeter. The charger doesn't work so I can't charge the battery.
