Description

The listing, No! To high priced $1 gift cards! has ended.

Operation: lower the price.

Remember when they were 3,000 points (about 10 months ago) well. I don't expect, it to go that low, but 7,000 might be good, 10,000 being the max.
I am not going to worry about the insane prices of $5 gift cards (because I can't afford to)
Lets see if we can bring this down to under 10,000. (But not less than 8,000, I'm already losing enough credits with this as it is, but for a very good cause.)

Of course, you could always wait until it reaches 100,000 pr $1 gift card (about 4-5 months from now) in which case the price will drop pretty quickly...to 75,000!

The reason this is an auction, and not a GIN, is because GIN means I would have to compete with the other sellers, and would have to keeping replenishing them. That's a lot of money, too much money.

You will receive the code within 36 hours (not seconds! If it has Been less than 2 hours I will not respond to your messages asking about it.)

No, you can't have my dog!

I wish I could help you out, but money is even tighter for us. My three week old puppy got hit by a bus, he is currently in a veterinary hospital in a different country. I need gift cards for burger and coffee bean in order to survive.

Yes, seriously!!!! The inflation jumped by 20% in just the past week or so! Crazy!!!! I think Listia has certain people that causes this on command! Last week I've seen $5 Amazon cards for 80-85k, today the majority are 110k and up!

I know, it's insane. The $5 ones are changing the most rapidly. Oddly enough, the $10 and $15 cards still stay within about the same range. They seem the most flexible. They're also nearly equal in price. I don't want to sound like I think listia is conspiring against us, but I think you're right about them being a large part of the reason. But I can understand that, it's hard to keep up a free sight, they need to get money somewhere, seeing as this is a very expensive idea. They rely upon sponsors, and people buying credits. The only auctions they are able to have full control over are the giftcards. Nearly everything else is controlled by buyers and sellers.

I'm sorry if my comment was rude, it's just that I have had (and I'm not kidding) in all my time on this site I have had around 18 people, comment or message very similar, extremely similar actually, story. I'm not counting the ones who have stories that I believed may actually be true. Normally I judge based on feedback about being scammed or lying about something referring to the situation. I still feel bad about what I said though, I'm sorry.

I can understand the reason, or I assume is the reason. This is a free site, it costs them a lot of money to maintain it. They have their advertisers, which makes them some money, we wa

Oh I know all about them making their money! I don't blame them but I mean, don't they make enough from all these GINs already? I mean if they are influencing the inflation, it wouldn't make much sense to do so considering their commission percentage remains the same. So maybe they are, maybe not. I'm not accusing them of anything, nor criticizing them, it's just a theory I have - and I think it's a reputable theory, considering Listia actually auctions off gift cards of their own, ya know...

Besides getting people to view advertisements for free credits (the more you get, the more advertisers pay.) The other way is to sell the credits, which helps a lot with the buy it now stuff) unfortunately, they don't have much control over the economy from auctions, we basically, in some ways, control that) The only thing they have complete control of (well, not complete) are the gift cards.
