This is a beautiful black summer top, sized 1X. The arms and neckline are stretchy. It is rippled a ruffle at the bottom. This top is an elegant white design on the front only. It also ties on the neckline. I shipped only verified addresses within 7 Days of the listing. I am a smoke-free home but I do have dogs. This is a gently used item and is true to size. From armpit to armpit it is 23 inches.

From armpits seem to end of shirt is 15 inches. Please keep in mind the shirt is very stretchy!
