Yes the will hold a vitamin pill inside....as for how many it depends on how big your vitamin pill is...but they will hold a lot of them either way.

Cool - my vitamin B capsules are a little less than 1 inch high. How long are these tubs?

I'm not at home to look at them...but they are probably 4 to 6 inches...some are bigger around than others & will hold more. ..there is 2 really small tube that might hold 1...not sure maybe 2...the rest are a lot bigger.
