This auction is for a 1962 Proof Franklin Silver Half Dollar.
This coin is struck on a special planchet with a mirrored finish, for it was removed from a "broken - up" 1962 Proof Set that someone seemed to only need the dime from and did not care about the rest of the coins. If you are going to break up a Proof set, I would have thought that keeping the 90% Silver coins would at least happen.
This coin Displays the Full Bell Lines on the Reverse and the inside of the Rims, after the Double Strike, are still sharp and can cut fingers if not careful.

Just let it be known that every Monday, Wednesday and Friday I actually go to the Post Office and pay the Postage and Tracking in person so that you will receive your item as soon as possible.
Now that the holidays are over, the Post Office is still taking extra days to get packages to their destinations, or having trouble getting them to the correct destinations. I have items that are taking up to 2 weeks for delivery, so keep this in mind when bidding.
Because of this I check all Tracking numbers daily and will keep you informed of anything that is out of the ordinary and when tracking does state delivery, will get in touch with you to verify that the tracking information is correct if you do not claim receipt by the end of the delivery day.
