Published in 2008, I bought this book brand new from Borders for $21.95. (label still on back.) I think I read some key pages and then moved on to another book - thus leaving this one on shelf for years.
The pages and spine show no wear. Slight dirt line on back, but since it's smooth cover, it should wipe right off. (I leave that to bidder in case my baby wipes take ink off or something.)
