hector i have shipped from the US to canada a few times my best friend lives there, cost is about normal cost + 20 or 30 extra or so, i shipped a large flat rate box there and cost me 42 dollars total, if that tells you the kind of mark up they do from here, not sure from where you are though :) hope that helps a bit
