The absolute sweetest pink down coat, with fleece lining, and two small pockets on the back. It has a velcro closing. My little mini doxie wore this till she out grew it. Very toasty warm . Size x-small.

I'd say 5-6 pounds. But the way it is made, you can make it go smaller around if you need it, an it still closes. The velcro is a big help.
