shipping $2 sorry tapped out im on a fixed income ssd

i accept paypal, cash hidden, money order only. gift cards only if they have visa or master card logos or walmart card and then you have to mail them to me

"as is" all sales final no returns if dont like it and no refunds period

you do not need to have a paypal account to make your payment through paypal.

if you bid and win, then decided you no longer want item, i will not return the credits back to you.

if you allow someone else to use your computer/ listia and win the bid and you can not pay shipping or do not want item i will not give back your credits.

also if i don't hear from you in 7 days, i will keep credits and relist item.

also i am disabled and on ssd fixed income if shipping is free it will take longer to ship if u dont like that then don't bid i cant mail out 5-10 items if they are all free some of u will wait

can u actual keep someones credits I had a lady never contact me after close of an auction and I'm just wondering if she can claim she didn't get it, it's been over a month
