Can you measure the bust area, while it's laying flat and just measure straight across from armpit seam to armpit seam?

I really appreciate it! But does the brown underlay slip have any stretch to it? As I see its Bust only goes to a bit under 18in, where as the Sheer Top Piece Bust goes to around 21 to 22in in length?

That's why I am asking if there is any stretch to the brown slip? And if so, as strange as it may sound, could you rate its stretchiness on a scale from 1 to 10 with 1 being absolutely No Stretch At All and 10 being As Stretchy As Humanly Possible! Haha!

Again, I am not trying to joke around! I am just so in love with this dress, and I wear anything from an 9/10 to a 15/16 even sometimes, all depending on the brand!

And again, your response to my questions is so very much appreciated!

It's fairly stretchy. Underdress stretches to almost as big as the overlay
