Brand New with Tags. bought this online at Wet Seal, tried it on and it didnt fit! paid almost $30.00 for this and could not return it! sorry i couldnt take the best pictures of this but looks exactly like the first pic! I am an XL and this did not fit me, so i would recommend you being a size Large! any questions i will answer, good luck and happy bidding!(:

Its designed for teens to wear it. I'm not really sure exactly because it does run smaller than an XL.
