This is NOT NEW its a GPX DVD PLAYER W REMOTE and its in great condition. My husband & I bought a blu ray dvd player so I decided to gv this away since we don't need it. We hv had it about 5 years and hv not had any problems with it. We just was able to afford the blu ray player and that's why I'm giving this away.

It has open/close button, play/pause, stop,and standby(PWR BUTTON) It comes with a remote and cables but not the original box. I will send extra batteries (2 AAA).

Absolutely, GIN syands for Get It Now. When uve been on listia for a certain amount of time and uve recieved certain badges, listia gvs u bonuses which allow u priviledges....one being GIN. the seller is able to allow bidders to get it at any time for the amount the seller chooses. Mine is the dvd player, if u wanted it NOW and didnt want to wait for the auction to end and also wanted to insure u won u would click the GET IT NOW button and it would stop the auction regardless of how many days were left and u would win it for the amount i wanted. Noone else would be able to bid on it bccs the auction as of then would be closed and over. Some pp like to GIN bcs they dont want to hv a bidding war and risk losing, and sm like to GIN bcs its a good price and dont want to risk it going higher than the GIN. There are alot of reasons why pp GIN. The only way u can use GIN is that u hv to hv enough credits and clicking it would automatically deduct ur credits.
