Hello! :)
The bust is approximately 33 inches (But as the material has alot of stretch to it, I tried streatching and measuring it, and I think another another 4, maybe 5 inches would fit for the bust). The waist is around 35 inches (But as the bottom is more flowing, about another 10 inches could definitely fit in this dress). The dress is approximately 32 inches from top to bottom.

I think this should fit a 5/6, but I am not quite sure about 7/8.
I am 5 feet, and it is well below my knee.
