This is my style too. I have a few other dresses in this style, which I might consider listing if this one goes well.
I especially love these kind of dresses because they aren't too formal but still dressy enough for the occasion. This fits the bill EXACTLY!

Here is the information provided from your request:
The dress from top (shoulder seam) to bottom is approximately 33 1/2 inches.
If you start at the black fabric (where it starts just below the bust) to the bottom of the dress, it is approximately 21 inches.

I have measured the hips area on this dress, and I am approximately 34 inches around.
There is some stretch to the dress, but not very much.
