I bought this for my dog a while back. It's adjustable but I couldn't figure out how to get it to fit his body super well and may have been putting it on backwards because of where the chain loop is (where the kong patch is in the photo). So I ended up using just using his old one which is easy. He's a medium-large size lab dog. If you want specific measurements I can try and readjust it to see if it will fit your dog.
