The listing, Memory Foam Reflux Wedge Infant Sleep Positioner for Baby has ended.

This is a 3-n-1 secure sleeper with memory foam wedge. The wedge keeps baby's head elevated to prevent acid reflux, the side supports keep baby on their back, and the cushion prevents plagiocephaly or flat head. This is about 3" tall on the wedge end. This is much larger than the little sleep positioners commonly used with newborns and this type normally runs about $25 or $30 new. The soft terry cover unzips on the back for washing. It is in very good gently-used condition.

Shipping to your zip in NY is $8.95. This is right on the border of the weight limit unpacked. If for some reason it comes out cheaper when I mail it, I will adjust the shipping and send a refund for the difference (in your case would be $2.35). I will wrap it in Tyvek to keep the weight down (Tyvek is fairly light, I think the tape to put it together will actually add the most packing weight). So you would pay the $8.95 and if it comes out light enough packed to go for the lower rate, if you pay with PayPal I can send the refund difference right after I mail it. If it comes out as over the weight limit, you and I are both covered. Thanks for looking!
