I would like to state no.. My dog is a bostonese -- mix between a boston terrier and a Pekingese. He is not chubby. fit. and supposed to fit this and does but for him it was a lil tight under his underarms when I got the first one of these.. So it went to auction as a used.. This one is new. never used just stating if confused.
