This is brand new. It was only opened to take the picture. It's actually very pretty in hand. The pictures do none of the knick-nacks I have justice! :)

what does f&w mean? it's about 4 or 5 inches tall...?give or take an inch or 2. I really didn't get a change to measure, i just snapped the picture and put it back in the box.
