this is a rare unique item a 1800's bed warmer don't quote me on the date exactly but from the research i did (ebay) the other day there was a few close to this but none with the beautiful artwork on the lid i was told that the more detailed ones were from higher class homes the age of these are as early as the 1800's the only problem this one has is the handle is loose as you can see in the 5th pic the screws that hold the handle on is not screws like you and me know they reflect what they used in the time period so you know its OLD i believe its brass and there are some dings and marks of ware i'm sure it can be cleaned and polished but i'm not going to do it they say sometimes that takes away from the value of certain things measurements are: 15 inches long pan part is 6.5 inches wide and about an inche deep also while looking around on ebay i seen them range from $60.00 to $300.00 or more and the one i saw for $300.00 was pretty close looking so bid bid bid HAPPY BIDDING FAN ME I'LL FAN BACK update: i went to an antique store in franklin,tn and saw one (couldn't believe) but it didn't have the pretty design and they had it priced for 235.00 and the lady said (i showed her pic) if she had she would price for 335.00 so this is a good piece (thought about delete auction and selling to her but wouldn't be fair maybe if it doesn't sell lol)

Thank you so much for the wonderful compliment. I am always so appreciative of them. I wish you the very very best on your bids. Maybe you are right and this is the one. I know that when the stone that is meant to be yours is up then then it will find a way to get to you. Again, I am wishing the best for you. ~Namaste~

The same answer goes with this one I just try to listen to the stones to get them to their owners. Then the owners can name them, program them, and purpose them for their own needs. ~Namaste

People could just call me the crazy gem lady. tee hee ha ha ! =) Thank you so much=) Compliments are always freely accepted herel =)
