I am pretty sure it just needs a new battery I can get it to turn on but it shuts off before it loads

I used it for maybe a year and then instead of buying a new battery I just bought a new camera cause I wanted something with more megapixels anyways

I have it somewhere but I am trying to locate it which is why I didnt list it, but when and if I find it I will update the auction to include it

The screen looks pretty scratched up. Or is it just the lighting? and will anything else be including other then the actual camera, like a case, battery, charger, cables, etc?

No that is the angle I took the pic from, and that I had just whiped the screen with a wet one. The camera itself is in great shape, I just have no need to mess with it because I got a better one.
As of now it is just the camera, as I told the other person I am looking for the charger and if I locate it I will send it with the camera, there is a battery but its rather pointless to ship it because it needs a new one, it did not come with a case so there is not one included, I have the original cable it came with and will include that with it.

does it say carl zeiss on the front around the lens? also, does it do movie and what resolution 1080 720 etc... Also, for a memory card does it only take an memory stick pro duo memory or does it take a regular sd card like most non sony cameras do?

Yes it says that by the lens as seen in the 2nd pic. It takes video I don't know what resolution you'd have to google the camera and find out the specs on it. It takes the memory stick duo pro.
