The listing, 3rd Generation 8GB Ipod touch has ended.

I recently bought a new 4th generation ipod touch and no longer need this. There are only two problems that I know of and they are very minor.

The screen will lock itself every once in a while when the volume is turned up. All you have to do is simply unlock it.

I don't know why, but the screen will light up and then turn back off when the ipod has been locked which cause battery to run out faster.

Other than that there are no problems at all. Headphone jack works and it charges perfectly.

This is a 5 days auction and I will not lower it. Auction is as is and nothing will be changed. This is the first time I am using GIN and it is set. Free shipping within the US as always. Any questions please ask and I will get back with you asap.

It has been reset. There is no longer a passlock on it. Just slide to unlock.

I have a charger that I use for it but it didnt come with this ipod. I also have ipod headphones that came with my new ipod. IF and only if GIN is used, I will send a charge cord and headphones.

I just updated the auction. I read wrong when I looked the generation up. Its only a 2nd generation. I does not have a camera. There are no scratches on the screen because it has had a screen protector on it its entire life. Normal scratches on the back

I havent really timed it. I fully charged it yesterday and its still almost full but ive had it locked. It doesnt always light up by itself. I mean its not like it last a half hour and shuts off, its just not going to last as long as a new ipod and i thought i would let everyone know. Its a solid ipod and like i said the only reason im getting rid of it is because i got a new one
