Looks weird but cool LOL fanned and watching but as to the all wins are as-is you can't really do that because if the item is damage by USPS you are still responsible for it not the winner thats in the rules

Okay. But for one- when you ship an item through USPS, unless its a fragile item, i'm sure it won't be damaged. Secondly, if you feel that way, I mean you can always bring it up with the Listia admin, because I don't even put things up for auctions which have been damaged. Lastly, if you can't accept the rules of my auction- then please don't bid. A win is as is- thats all. If i mess up on my part, i don't mind refunding the credits. And i've been mailing stuff to the United States for a while now- not just through USPS and not once has anything ever been broken or destroyed. I mean I have had friends who went on auction sites and sold something and then the buyer claimed it was either lost in the mail, or destroyed. > > and luckily my friend had always gotten a tracker or the person refused to send a picture of the damaged item. So, either way I am not "CLAIMING" I am not responsible for the item, I am just stating the win is as is and I am not accepting a refund at all. > >

Allot of people on here are doing that stating that they are not responsible for lost or stolen items and as is and then making people wait weeks for a refund i just had a guy send me 6 Naruto and Pokemon TCG'S and they was all ruined and i had to wait 3 weeks for a refund

I mean you can even ask anyone who has ever done an auction with me :) I am pretty patient and I am really understanding and I hope people are the same way.
