This cute bib cover-all is hand crafted. So practical and perfect for even the messiest of little ones. They protect the entire front of baby all the way down and snap around the ankles. There is also a snap at the neck. This biball is reversible, made with bright green fleece that is embroidered with fun, bright kites. The reverse side is Lloyd's and Barton cotton flannel.
Size is large - fits approx 24 months -- 21" long

I think the term "flat rate" is a Listia thing. To ship USPS FR is around $5.20......I'm so sorry, but I can't lower the shipping cost at this time.
