CONDITION : The stamps are real, unused and sealed permanently under a layer of thin plastic that's affixed to the wooden plague - similar to laminated. There is an information label affixed to the back of the plaque about the stamps and topic. The back of the plaque has a hole so one can hang it from the wall on a hook and there's felt circles on the corners so could also lie it flat on a surface.

Even small items can cost $1.90 to mail and I usually spend over $50.00 a week on postage. i recycle packaging in most cases to aid on free shipping and saving mother earth!
