5,000-10,000=$5
10,001-15,000=$10
15,001-20,000=$15
20,001-25,000=$20
25,001-30,000=$25
30,001-35,000=$30
35,001-40,000=$35
40,001-45,000=$40
45,001-50,000=$45
50,001-unlimited=$50
I will let you choose between receiving in the mail or by email.
