The only way that it comes apart is if you unsrew the screws on the bottom, it does not break apart.

I would need your zip code to figure the shipping, and i believe paypal allows you to send money thru paypal whether you have it or not now it just changed it's practice. But I do also take Postal Money Order only or cc-concealed cash.
