there really is no size restriction seeing as you make it yourself so you will be able to make it any size you please. its all about your personal measurements.

i would recommend a sewing machine, however i'm sure if you are a good enough sewer, you could do it by hand.

no, but if you are good enough at sewing, and are knowledgeable enough about how to do it, you can add them.

No, these are instructions and pictures that I got from a friend through email. whether they are on the internet or not, I am unsure I'm sorry I did not check on that because I go to college and did not have the time. If they are on the internet then I do apologize. To the winner, I will still email the instructions, and if you can find them on the internet within 7 days of receiving them, email me back the website and i will refund the credits. However, if they are not found, I will keep the credits.
