F & W. Does this blouse have some stretch to it? Was it washed, just wondering if it has shrunk at all? I would like to bid. It's very pretty. And I love the style of it. It's just that I have won XL tops before and when I received them it looked like they were a medium. So I just want to make sure that it is still like an XL.

I never wore it, I could have my mom try it on she's a large so if it's too big on her, then it's got to be an XL
