Hi. Got a question, the stain on the inside of the bag was it like that when it was purchased from Macy's (or was it because you used it)? If it is from the store I can probably wipe it off with some nail-polish remover or soap.

I bought it like that from the store. I have never used the purse. It still has the tags on it.
