The listing, I'M A HEARTBREAKER DOG SHIRT has ended.

I won this on Listia and it is just a bit snug across the chest of my applehead Chihuahua. She only weighs 4 pounds, but it is the shape of her body that keeps it from fitting properly. Inside it says it is a medium but I think it is more like an xs. Dimensions are neck to tail=9 inches. neck=9 inches.

I do not think so but it is in good shape. I won it on Listia and my chihuahua wore it once- just too snug over her chest.
