It is a size small. I ordered it when I was about 120lbs but never wore it. I'm not sure if it has exact measurements on the package, but when I get back into town tomorrow night i'll check and post :)

I just got home and the nurse costume actually does not have specific measurements. It is only labeled as being a small. I did however get this costume the same year that I got the playboy costume I have listed. Both costumes fit me well, but I decided to go with the playboy one and never wore the nurse one. You can look at those measurements and they should be pretty similar :)
