These are sticky ones, they can be cut to the size you would like, then attached with the sticker on the bottom. They are very strong, I tried to get one off my shoe one time and everything around the sticky part would come off (when pulled really hard!) but I could not get the middle off... It was funny, but I was very impressed! I hope that answered your question, if not feel free to let me know. Thank you for looking and asking. :-)

I have been looking for something just like this. I bought some heels a couple months ago and haven't been able to wear them because my feet slip so bad.

That stinks, it was always one of the reasons I hardly had high heals. If I got them, they were for a very special event. Which is why I have these left over.... They are in those heels and it will be a while before I get some more heels. :-) but, I will see if I can find some friends that have some and do not need them, or if I could remember where I got them from and either list some more or let you know where you can get them from? :-)
