do you have a nose ring with a little screw in section for a ball so it won't come out?

no they didn't come with them for some reasion.

The curled nose types don't need the ball on the end. They don't come out unless you tirm and pull them. I have had one in for over 6 years and even with towels for washing your face they don't come out. Love that style. It can come out if accidentally caught on something, but you can tell when it happens and stop it, also it is safer as it does not rip or tear your hole in anyway. I have used them all and will never use another style again. You don't feel them in either. Does that help?

there the 2 from the last and the last one has a ball on the end that goes in youre nose so it wont come out.

Ashley752: Even with used they are fine. As long as you use a good alcohol based cleaner, not bleach, they are perfectly harmless. I would stick to stainless steel if you are planning on keeping one in for a long time. Also stainless steel is a non-allergenic metal, unlike other metals, which can typically cause skin irritation, rashes as well as rusting within themselves.
