This is a Boy Scout Council Shoulder Patch (CSP) from the National Capital Area Council (NCAC) located in the Washington DC area. It's from the National Monuments Series. This patch is of the FDR Monument and is a Type I edition (at least 3 different types are known). I believe that this patch is catalog number SA-60 but am not positive.
