I have a slightly used hello kitty iPhone 4/4s case! I used this for a few of weeks, there are a couple dents on the bottom, and on the bow. They're practically unnoticeable, and it was hard to capture them in photograph. I was pretty impressed that I dropped this phone from about 4 feet and my phone was completely unharmed.

This case is adorable! You press the right ear to press the on/off switch! So cute!! I've included pictures of the dents, and also included pictures of the case at each side. The damage is hardly noticeable, if requested I can take more pictures, and try to focus in more on the dents.

There are a few dents as mentioned above and photographed. They're pretty small. You do not have to remove the case to charge.

Is it rubber or plastic and does it have the hard clear plastic for the front like the otter boxes do? My daughter has an otterbox but she loves hello kitty i just want to make sure the front of her phone is protected as well :)

It's plastic, and I dropped it from about 4 feet and my 4s was unharmed. I was really impressed, because I only used otter boxes before this one and so they set the bar pretty high. There is not a clear cover for the screen, but you can get adhesive ones anywhere, even gas stations.
