They are the wicked nails #12492 called "Tangled in my Web" made by Fantasy Makers from the creators of wet n' wild.

I used a blog picture from the internet of the strips shown on, so you can better see the design. The design is silver with black. To me it looks like honeycomb lace in black with a all over feather plume like flouishes in black.

The bloger I pulled the picture from wrote she thought they were better than the Julep brand of nail strips she had tried before, but not better than the sally hansen brand of nail strips she had tried, but that she was happy with them.
