i got this collar for my out side dog he wore it 2 days out side but it just just to big for him so yes this is uesed and a bit durty im sure it will clean up but no if you bid this is not new i have added pic so you can see it what you see is what you get exactley dont bid if you are not ok with this being used outside it is a large dog collar and as seen in pics it is at its smallest in the pic at its fullet it is about 21 in of useadl collar
