The necklace is a silver open heart pendant necklace has black stones on the left top and right side of the heart. In the middle has a one black stone on top of a heart shaped CZ stone. There are a total of 16 black stones. The pendant is about 1 inch. The chain is about 16 inches long. The pendant is not stamped.
