is this a hedgeor ground cover? will it grow in zone 8? do you give planting info on it?

you can start these indoors about 6 to 8 wks before the last frost. but when the soil reaches about 70-75 degrees is the best time to plant.. when you do plant them, make sure that you plant them close to the top of the ground and keep them moist. these plants can be used in rock gardens, or for borders in walkways. you can also put these in the bigger pots and let them grow in them as well.. as for the zone, I'm not for sure...*sorry*
